Welcome to the Jungl3

A zero-touch on-demand hackathon platform for forward-deployed innovation.

Deploys directly from AWS Marketplace into your VPC

// 01 — WHAT YOU INSTALL

Three layers. One install.

The install lands in your AWS account as a single CloudFormation stack. Inside, three layers your team will care about for different reasons.

THE DIFFERENCEZERO vs ALIVE ON DAY ONE
Two panels compared: starting from zero versus shaping a living thing. An arrow indicates Jungl3 does the second, not the first.
The difference is not speed of typing. It's what you start next to.
01What your platform team operates

Substrate

The AWS primitives the install sits on — networking, identity, storage, compute, observability. Provisioned by the CloudFormation template at install time. Everything above is pre-operated.

02What arrives pre-built and running

Understory

A baseline application already deployed, integrated, emitting, rendering. Real users, real data, real events, multiple integrations wired. Teams shape it by removing, substituting, and extending — not by scaffolding from zero.

03The human exposure surface

Canopy

Where judges, beta users, and stakeholders find prototypes via the Gallery and actually use them. A prototype reaches the Canopy only after passing through the DMZ — a private, AI-first evaluation environment that agents probe first. Two surfaces, sequenced: DMZ for AI, Canopy for humans.

// 02 — THE LOOP

Alive on day one.

Four steps. Weeks compressed into hours.

The shape: a prototype moves left to right from Jungle through the DMZ to the Canopy and into the Gallery
A prototype moves left to right. AI agents test before humans see.
  1. STEP 01

    Enter Jungle

    Their Jungle is already vended. The Understory is already running. There is no scaffolding phase.

  2. STEP 02

    Shape Understory

    Remove what doesn't belong. Substitute what does. Extend where the baseline stops. The system stays alive the whole time.

  3. STEP 03

    Refine in DMZ

    One command moves a prototype from Jungle to DMZ — a private, AI-first evaluation environment. Agents probe it as seeded personas before any human does. Standardized hosting, auth, routing — not a deploy project.

  4. STEP 04

    Reach Canopy

    Once the DMZ gates pass, the prototype reaches the Canopy. Judges, beta customers, and stakeholders find it in the Gallery and use it. Feedback is captured in-place. Scores come from what they actually experienced.
